Retirement in Costa Rica is kicking up a fuss in the headlines. A few major developments in the year 2011 have made Costa Rica a destination that smart retirees must consider. This year after a 15 year Hiatus Global Living Mag, a respected international Investment barometer, placed Costa Rica once more in its top 10 most fascinating locations to invest in Real-estate.
